Refund policy
If for some rare reason, that you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please take photos of areas of concern and send them via text to 551-235-7531 or email to
naturemaidtotalhome@gmail.com. This must be done within 24 hours. Complaints or concerns are not valid after more than 24 hours.
We have a quality control team that will go back to your home and address the issues and make good on the cleaning.
We do not offer refunds. If going back to make fixes doesn't work, we will discuss a discount. No full refunds are offered.
Damages and issues
If there is ever an occurrence that a cleaner mistakenly breaks an item, we send you, the customer, a photo of item if you are not home. We then establish the value, in order to replace the item or refund the amount back to you.
Refunds
If a service was prepaid and never happened, we will refund the entire amount through the same channel that we were paid.
