Standard Cleaning - 2 bed / 2 bath
A typical 2 bed 2 bath home would need 1 staff members to be scheduled for 4 hours of cleaning This rate is based on the 4 labor hours of cleaning.
**IF you request or need any additional time, it is $40 for each additional LABOR hour.

Standard cleaning includes:
Bathroom: Scrub tub/shower, clean glass doors if applicable, scrub walls in shower, clean showerheads and faucets. Clean toilet. Clean mirrors and fixtures. Move items that are on and around sink area to clean underneath and behind. Vacuum and mop floors. (If there are excessive toiletries on sink basin area or on storage carts, keep in mind that this may take extra time.
Kitchen: Items on countertops will be moved to clean under and behind. Outside of cabinets, refrigerator and other appliances will be wiped down. Stovetop is cleaned. Inside microwave oven and coffee pot is cleaned. If there is an air fryer, we will clean inside that. Any dishes in the sink will be hand washed. Clean sink. All trash removed. Floors are vacuumed and mopped.
Living room: All furniture is dusted. Sofa and chairs are vacuumed. Pillows are fluffed and re-organized. Toys, if any, will be picked up and organized. Floors are vacuumed and mopped. Under sofas will be vacuumed, IF we can fit a vacuum underneath. We do not move furniture over 30 lbs to avoid damage and injury.
Dining area. All furniture is dusted. Light switches are wiped. Any papers on table will be organized into a pile. We do not clean chandeliers due to risk of damage. We vacuum and mop floors.
Bedrooms; All furniture is dusted. Beds are made. Linens will be changed IF you leave them out on the bed. We do not open closets or drawers. Special arrangements need to be made if you want closets cleaned. We vacuum under beds only if there is space to send a vacuum. Light switches, window sills and door knobs are wiped clean.
DEEP CLEAN includes baseboard molding and other items are available for extra fees, such as INSIDE oven, INSIDE refrigerator, GLASS window cleaning.
Recurring service discounts apply after first cleaning, look under recurring services for the discounts that apply to your unit!

- Jacuzzi tub(s)
- Glass doors on showers
- Highly used stove tops/or cooking with oil
- Larger than avg rooms
- Shedding pets
- Changing of linens
- Collectibles/picture frames/vases/ etc that need to be dusted
- Extra items on bathroom sink/vanity such as make-up, perfumes, lotions, shampoos, skincare, etc
- Picking up and organizing toys, games, books, etc
- Picking up laundry
- a staircase that needs cleaning
- Cleaning glass windows
***Some people request to clean the inside of the refrigerator or oven. This is not a normal part of a standard cleaning but No problem, just let us know you want this done, and we will add the extra time! Inside oven cleaning would be +$39.99 and inside refrigerator cleaning would be an additional $39.99
We bring all products, (which are organic cleaning products), supplies and equipment. The only thing we would need from you are garbage bags, if we are replacing them.

NOTE 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY Please be mindful: If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so the day BEFORE your appointment. If you cancel or change, the day OF your appointment, there is a $50 same day cancellation fee. Many of our staff hire babysitters for the day and even without work, still incur the fees of the babysitter.
