This service is for all one bedroom/ one bath move out cleanings.  We will schedule (2) staff members for a 3 hour service. This service includes standard deep cleaning of the entire unit PLUS:

• Cleaning the inside of the refrigerator
• Cleaning the inside of the oven
• Cleaning inside all kitchen cabinets
• Cleaning inside all closets
• Cleaning inside all bathroom cabinets
• Cleaning the glass of all windows (inside only)

***Please note:  WE DO NOT MOVE furniture or appliances to eliminate the risk of damage to walls or floors.  IF you need this done, you will have to sign a waiver that we are not responsible for damage.

NOTE:  This is based on a sight unseen cleaning.  IF we arrive, and there is extra cleaning required due to heavy soiling, major spillage in the refrigerator, caked on grease in the oven, additional fees may be required.  Additional fees would be equal to $50 per extra LABOR hour.  *Labor hour = hours per person assigned.

If we arrive and there are signs of insects, rodents, urine or feces, there will be additional bio-hazard fees starting at $150.

If there are signs of bed bugs, we will NOT clean and you must call a licensed bed bug specialist.
